We stand behind the quality of every book we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • In original, unread condition
  • Undamaged with no markings, highlights, or annotations
  • In original packaging with all included materials
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Books showing signs of use (bent pages, markings, highlighting)
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Custom or special orders (unless defective)
  • Digital products or downloadable content

3. Damaged or Defective Items

3.1 Reporting Damage

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We require:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Order number and description of the issue
  • Contact information for follow-up

3.2 Resolution Options

For damaged or defective items, we offer:

  • Free replacement shipment
  • Full refund including original shipping costs
  • Store credit for future purchases

4. Return Process

4.2 Return Shipping

Defective Items: We provide prepaid return labels for damaged or defective products.

Wrong Item Sent: If we shipped the wrong item, we cover all return shipping costs.

4.3 Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Packages sent without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Inspection

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to verify it meets return eligibility criteria. This typically takes 3-5 business days.

5.2 Refund Methods

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediate

5.3 Partial Refunds

5.4 Refund Amount

Refunds include the purchase price and applicable taxes. Original shipping costs are only refunded for defective items or our errors. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund for standard returns.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different titles or editions within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange an exchange. If the new item costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.

7. Bulk and Corporate Orders

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

8.1 During Transit

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. We recommend:

  • Using a secure delivery address
  • Tracking your shipment
  • Requesting signature confirmation for valuable orders

8.2 Insurance Claims

For lost shipments, we will assist with carrier insurance claims. File a claim within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

9. Cancellations
